Program Overview

This eight day nature-based Rites of Passage experience supports high school-aged young women and womb-bodied individuals as they transition into womanhood. While we primarily center the experiences of high school girls and those with wombs, our aim is to provide accessible knowledge and wisdom that benefits everyone, regardless of how they identify.

WILD Supports Womb-Bodied Youth:

  • Deepen their relationship to self through intentional practices.

  • Learn about menstrual cycles, womb health, and vaginal health.

  • Connect personal cycles seasonal cycles

  • Practice movement based awareness

  • Grow emotional and relational skills

WILD creates a space to honor transitions and explore intergenerational wisdom and deep connection with nature, the body, and community. The program follows the rhythm of the four seasons, blending seasonal cycles with body and life cycles. Youth will learn and connect to their own rhythms, exploring menstrual cycles, womb health, and vaginal health. Through movement, somatics, journaling, and interactive workshops, youth will develop body agency and deepen their connection to self, community, and the land.
