Helping Young People Belong, Grow, and Lead.

We partner with schools and youth-serving organizations to build cultures of belonging, strengthen social-emotional wellbeing, and inspire the next generation of leaders.

It takes a village to help young people thrive.

Every young person deserves to feel seen, valued, and connected. To have people who believe in them, spaces where they can be fully themselves, and opportunities to discover what they're capable of.

Yet too many young people are navigating a world of disconnection and pressure, while the educators and adults supporting them are being asked to carry more than ever.

We believe the answer isn't another program to manage. It's a stronger village.

At One Village, we bring young people and the adults who support them together through play, meaningful connection, circle practices, and transformative experiences. We help communities cultivate belonging, build resilience, and grow leaders—while equipping the people already there to carry that work forward.

THE PROMISE

Rebuilding the village around youth—together.

When young people experience real belonging, trusted relationships, emotional skill-building, and meaningful opportunities to contribute, they thrive and grow.

When adults are equipped and supported to hold this work, learning environments and culture shift.

Students, staff, and communities all benefit.

Healthy Adulthood

The Village Model brings together four essential elements:

Circles that build trust and belonging

Practical emotional skills young people can use

Leadership grounded in contribution and responsibility

Adults equipped with shared language and practice

This model strengthens the conditions around young people—so growth is supported, shared, and sustainable.

What Partnership Can Include

Partnerships can take different shapes, but they share a common structure. Most include:

Workshops & Trainings

Facilitated experiences that help people quickly understand what’s possible, build trust, and align around shared goals and ways of working.

Curriculum & Ongoing Practice

Clear, practical curriculum and simple structures that create shared language, strengthen belonging, and build social and emotional skills over time.

Coaching, Consultation & Capacity Building

Support for educators, staff, and leaders to carry this work together—so it becomes embedded in how the organization functions, rather than an added initiative.

This approach is designed to live inside institutions, allowing impact to grow sustainably without requiring One Village to be present at every site.

Why It Works

More than a program. A coherent, evidence-informed approach.

Research shows young people thrive when they experience belonging, have trusted adults, and are invited to contribute meaningfully.

What’s often missing is coherence—shared language, aligned practices, and support for the adults holding the work.

Partners use simple tools to track reach and learning over time, and we collaborate with research partners to strengthen evidence and accountability.
